THE GROUNDS
Perched on the top of a private hill in the Agios Emilianos (Aimilianos) area, Villa Egretta immediately instills a feeling of serenity. From its discreet vantage point, it offers breathtaking and sweeping views of the sea, the coastline and its lands below and the endless horizon. Once the summer-house of a respected Greek ship owner, Villa Egretta is built on a land of 14,600 sq.m. and includes a main structure with 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large kitchen with adjacent staff quarters, a guest WC, dining room, living room and a spacious elevator. There is a separate guest apartment with bathroom and kitchenette and a further staff studio. Completing the property is a mature garden, a large outdoor swimming pool (14m x 6m) with changing room/WC, and a fully refurbished and furnished terrace with a BBQ for dining and entertaining al fresco.
A short walk from Villa Egretta takes guests to a discreet and friendly beach, used primarily by the guests of the handful of villas located around it.​ Alternatively, towards the east, a 5' drive will get you to the beautiful Kounoupi beach.

EVENT ORGANISATION

Villa Egretta, with its spacious surroundings and stunning view is an ideal venue for special events such as weddings and baptisms, as well as organising yoga retreats, corporate events and private parties.
​
Additionally, having cooperated with Incas Film Productions we provided the setting for the Swedish reality TV show 'Mastarnas Mastare', which aired in May 2020.
